alright so I have a wobble/vibration while driving. it is even worse under braking kind of like a chug chug chug. it seems like the brakes release and catch and repeats until the car comes to a stop...it's driving me crazy. what is it? unbalanced wheels, warped rotors, sticky pads? help!

Could be a combination of things, warped rotors and tire/wheel balance problems.

If it were warped rotors, I would think that you would have noticed it getting worse and worse over time. At least that is my experience with warped rotors. Since it's worse under braking, that would seem to be a good possibility.

The catching almost sounds like the calipers are bad.

Why don't you inspect the brakes?
Does it cause a pull while driving straight? In that case, it could be a loose or worn wheel bearing.

Your car listens to too much Dubstep
Check rotors, or just get new ones or even resurface your current ones if you're on a budget. Also jack car up and see if there's any play in the wheels. Bad tie rod ends can even cause a vibration under braking.
If everything checks out then take your wheels/tires in to see if they are out of balance. Generally not so much the case if this vibration and wobble isn't very apparent at highway speeds, but if there is vibration at faster speeds, then yes they could be unbalanced.

Is the chugging, catching and releasing, consistent with your decrease in speed?

Sounds like rotors to me.

I replaced all 4 rotors not even a year ago under the assumption they were warped. Maybe the calipers are bad and causing the rotor to heat and cool improperly? The vibration is there at highway speeds, enough to visually see the steering wheel turn back and forth slightly. Yes the chugging releasing seems to be relative to the decrease in speed under braking...slower im going the longer it takes to complete a revolution. Im going to balance my tires at my old high school this week and probably going to do an alignment and ill see if the vibration is still there.

If a caliper is hanging up, you should be able to detect a noticeable temperature difference from one side to the other. The pad and usually caliper will be much hotter. Just be careful, they (well, the pads maybe) could get hot enought to burn you if they're really dragging. And if the caliper is dragging, the rotor will be very hot.

Also, depending on the quality of your rotors, one year's worth of driving may be enough to warp them. I had a new Malibu back in the late 90s, and it needed to have the rotors resurfaced every 6000 miles. They did this 4 times under warranty until they gave up and put new rotors on. The problem never happened again in 160K miles. I'd say if you end up thinking it is warped rotors, invest in a decent quality set (assuming that they aren't already.....my apologies if that's a bad assumption).

If it is happening while you are breaking it could even potentially be a bent/damaged/ungreased slide pin in the caliper. Did they get greased before being re-installed the last time you had them off?

I have the exact same Problem with the shaking, but only at high speeds (Which is a regular basis)

I've had my rotors checked, balanced exc. Nothing is amiss

your wheels shouldn't shake at highspeed period. It makes the vehicle more unstable than it already is. Wheels out of balance, rotors warped, r bad wheel bearing (tie rod, inner and outter, too) are all possible causes of wheel vibrations....
