I would choose the one that runs and drives best and is the best maintained.

Choosing used car isn't about the color, it's about the function of the vehicle.

I would also keep looking $8,500 seems high for a GP with 100k on the clock.

Hard to tell if the black one is a comp g with out seeing the interior... Silver is a comp g, but is missing the original wheels. Bleen is not a comp g.

Black looks amazing when clean, but gets dirty fast. Silver always looks great, but alot of them arround. Bleen is different, but I think there is a reason why its rare... probably my least favourite colour... (just sayin, not trying to offend anyone that has a Bleen car... I think its an acquired taste...)

2004 Galaxy Silver, 92'263miles, sun roof, gray leather, xm/satilite, monsoon sound system, 5button dic

2004 Black, 99'000miles, sun roof, black leather, xm/satilite, monsoon sound system, 5 button dic

as far as looks i would go with the black, they are both comp gs, good catch on the non-original wheels angry, i hadn't noticed, i just looked at the tread lol, i'll give ya more info as i find it :P

EDIT:i as well am not a fan of the bleen, don't get me wrong it's a cool color, i just can't in my mind picture things that would readily match it, i love the special edition blue though :DDDD

I say bleen. Bleen has the advantage of being a year newer so they may have fixed some stuff at the factory that the 04's had trouble with. Although i like silver i hate those wheels, and the tires are the wrong siz for the speedo. Black one has the best rims, but will never ever be clean, and for most people that isnt a deciding factor, but you are extremely anal about keeping stuff clean you wouldnt get anything else done. Now after the whole appearance thing i would have them send car fax's to your email and check out maintenance and crash reports. Might save you some time and headaches

I say bleen..looks clean from the pictures a year older and somewhat similar to your old gxp plus it's awesome color that you can easily work your detail magic on.

The easiest give away with a Comp G interior are the tap shifters my friend... Regular 04/05 GTP's do not have.

I have to echo what others are saying... I loved my very black 98 GTP, but I was forever tormented trying to keep it clean.

Im not a fan of Bleen myself, but it is unique, so it will stand out, and being a year newer isnt a bad thing...

Id go for best value vs mileage vs overall condition/care given by prev owner vs documented maintainance.

For those saying "no black" because it will never be clean, that's just being lazy. Silver and white are for lazy drivers. If you want your car to look sic and not plain, you get the better looking color and put in the time to keep it up. It's a labor of love. I had a black TA and I had no trouble keeping it clean even though it always seemed to be raining. So if I could keep up a black car, then I know DP, who specializes in this sort of thing, will have no problem at all keeping either the black or bleen car looking brand new.

Well i say no to black because we live on gravel, and i wash my car weekly. My dad, mom, and brother all have black vehicles and i cant stand them because of the dirt and grime even after washing them.

Bleen or Black..

Id prob personally choose the bleen if everything checked out on it. Year newer, same price, a little lower miles than the black one point me in that direction. Plus the bleen one has my favorite 04+ wheels

Tap shifters and the "widetrack" text on the speedometer to with numbers to match the typeface used. That is the difference I believe. I noticed this when I got a rental 04 grand prix and it was base model, the speedometer had non sporty type and looked dull/lifeless.

Silver great color and lowest miles, love the rims on it, all have sun roofs and leather, so this just comes down to miles and maintenance.
