Need some help with wheel Alignment issue:
(1) Info: 04 GP GT2 with F&R Strut bars/Bilsteins HD/17" wheels & 235x55x17 Tires/GMMP Upgrade Pkg), std brakes.
(2) Just got my 17" rims & tires installed and 4 wheel alignment here are my readings: After alignmnet the tech tells
me thats the best he can do. Tells me that my lower strut holes needs to be "Elongated"..to get a more precise
alignmnet..have any you had this done and is this necessry and present any issue..??? Can anybody shed some light on this?
(3) Before: Left Front Right Front Left Rear Right Rear
Camber -1.3 -0.3 Camber -1.6 -1.1
Caster 3.3 2.9 Toe -0.07 -0.19
Toe -1.12 -1.10
Total Toe -2.22 degrees Total Toe -0.26
Steer Ahead -0.01 degrees Trust Angel 0.06

After: Left Front Right Front Left Rear Right Rear
Camber -1.4 -0.3 Camber -1.7 -1.0
Caster 3.4 3.0 Toe 0.07 0.14
Toe -0.07 -0.03
Total Toe 0.10 degrees Total Toe -0.21
Steer Ahead 0.02 degrees Trust Angel -0.04

You don't need to elongate the holes (the jank way of doing it), you need camber bolts. The specs really don't mean much to me since I've never seen the alignment specs for a GP before so I can't help on that, sorry.

When he set toe he didnt even get one side within spec. It tells you on the screen that .05 to -.05 is good. Anything over that is wearing tires faster. You need camber botls to make it good, but all w0bodies have this problem and mine still hasnt been done
