Is there a certain Tempature our transmissions shouldn't reach? Useing the D.I.C. I have seen an avg of 186 but as high as 210

For me, 210 seems a little high. But, I'm not supercharged and I don't know if that makes a difference. The highest mine has gone during a long drive in the summer is 195. And I have well over 100,000 miles on her.

I'm pretty sure it was on a very hot day (TN) And it didnt stay there that long only in the stop/go city traffic.

Was that with the Overkill PCM, and 180 TSTAT. Once I had both of those I barely hit 195.

That makes a big difference with the t-stat and the PCM. I don't think you will see those temps again.

The ZZP PCM has the 180 fan turn on though also, but his stock Tstat wouldn't have opened because it was set to 195. The stock Tstat would have been the problem more than the PCM.

When I first got my car and it was stock, I would see temps as high as 231 because it gets stupid hot here in AZ. The dealership said as long as I never broke 250, I'd be ok, lol. Talk about being nervous.

Even after I replaced the Tstat to a 180, it didn't help. It wasn't until the tune that I saw the change and now even in the dead of summer, I rarely ever go past 200. It's been past 100 a few times already and I haven't broke 200 yet, with hard city driving.
