Why is it now when I open my sunroof it starts to skip and like jump when you open it? what can I do to stop this?

I know that is there a certain kind to lube it up with or just use WD40?

white lithium grease, but clean the shit out of the tracks first.....You may need to work it in a little (open/close sunroof a few times)...

Dirt just builds up in the OLD grease and keeps the sunroof from opening (EASILY)........It will be like night and day when all is said and done!!!..Let us know how you make out!!!
