do i have to get the gmos harness in order to install my new hu or can i just wire it without the harness?? i dont care about the chime or onstar. i really dont wanna spend 100 bucks on a lil harness. TIA

You probably can jus hard wire it in there and get it to work. Downside to it is that it'll be a pain in the ass to do and in case you ever need to put the stock hu in it'll be even more difficult.

im not plannin on ever puttin the stocker back in anyway so it doesnt matter.
