I know exactly what your looking 4 although I do not have the pictures. Just let them look at them and it will become very obvious which part sticks below the body.

The best way to fix it is to use a shorter flex section and do a 45 instead of a dip like they do

It is not a huge deal but guys like me there are lowered have to pay a little bit of attention where you drive

Alignment of the crossover needs to be better. Before you attach the front header the crossover is about an inch or two too far to the driver side and has to be moved with a pry bar to mate up with the front header. Also, the flex likes to blow out after a few years because it's braided on the inside as well as the outside. It's not the good double wall flex.

I have not had the alignment issue and I have dealt with a couple sets of them. I found just rotating the crossover made enough difference.

The single biggest issue has always been the dip in the pipe, the basic slp design they were taken from was one of the better designs to start with.

No PaceSetter option on the poll?

Has there been any discussion on what the price of these ZZP modified Speed Daddys would cost?

Ill try an get pics tomorrow before i fix the issues, but my dip is flat on the bottom from these lovely phoenix roads an my flex piece is already leaking like a mother, other than that all is well. Just checked my band clamps i the rear was loose so i tightened it up an the front for good measures

thought that looked like the merc in the back..

and yep that would be the pic that is looked for.. like i said it will become apparent once they see them. if i would have realized where this would have gone i would have had them look at mine while i was on the dyno this summer.

Odd I've had no issues with the speed daddy headers. They installed easily when using a pipe expander to open the pipes just a bit, allowing for some room to play with fitment. No leaks and they've been on for almost a year now.

As you can see I went crazy with RTV and used the napa easy seal band clamps. The only clamp I used that came with them was the v band clamp + a ton of RTV. For the heads to exhaust manifold I used the stock metal gaskets (cleaned em up) and then used metal gaskets for the rest as well + RTV where needed. Just take your time when installing em and they should seal right up. As for lowered cars I can see the dip being an issue and would need a fix.

I have also not had any major issues just a little wiggling to get the cossover in 100% I have had them on and off about 4 times and only had one minor leak ( didn't adjust correctly) and i have never used ANY rtv.

And i must just be used to needing to watch where I drive as i only catch my pipe every once in a while. And i am lowered. But would be much better fixed.
