I think any kind of rack on it would look really ugly in my opinion but then again i dont know what exactly one would look like on a GP....any one wana photshop one.....perhaps with a rediculus pink bike on the roof just for effect. =)

there is also the option to use the bike rack that sits on a trailer hitch, thats what I use.

I would be worried about the roof rack scratching the roof or falling off.

Yea, get one that latches onto your trunk. Put your snow board in your trunk lol. I'm sure they sells ones for the trunk also that can hold anything.

I think a roof rack would look awesome. Heck I've seen a Lambo and a Maserati rocking roof racks before and they didn't look bad at all. And when your bike or snowboard aren't on the rack you could always put a keg (empty of course) with a GPONA decal for mobile advertising.

The G8 guys were talking about this as well.

I totally ripped the idea off of fellow dub club member haha.

Seriously though, I think a roof rack would be pretty neato. Post pics if you do end up doing it?

Is that a really full and heavy keg or did you forget to put your springs back on when you lowered your car? lol

True that. Thank goodness the Wbody's oil pan site just above the plane of the subframe or my GF would be on her 2 oil pan by now on stock ride height. Haha. My car is on it's 3 pan and only slightly lowered and the current pan has taken a beating already. Whoops. Stupid Ohio roads. I'm honestly not sure how Andy, the guy with the Kegged Jetta DD's his car like that and has only busted the oil pan once.
