I got so wound up in test driving the GXP earlier this week I forgot to mess with the rotary dial on the console. What does this control?

Thats the DOD button, turn it one way it runs of 4 cylinders for fuel economy. turn it the other and the other 4 cylinders activate for the full V8 experience. LMAO. nah, im just joking

I was so hyped once I started the darn thing and left the lot...most everything on the dash I toyed with but I didnt notice that one until I took the key out and was handing it to the salesman...arrgh!

making the HUD brighter I assume?

Indeed. And you can turn stealth mode on and off via that button. Also what is displayed on the HUD screen.

the knob controls the brightness,
the center button turns stealth mode on and off or lets you choose to display on not display direction and temp
and the arrows above and below the center buttom adjust the height of the HUD
