2007 GT....When my headlights are on (not DRL headlights) and I use my turn signal, the high beams randomly turn on, sometimes stay on, and sometimes go off. I am not pushing or pulling in the switch (which normally turns on the high beams), I am just pushing it up or down to turn on the turn signals. When the DRL's are on (the headlights are DRL's on mine), it doesn't have this problem) Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone know how to fix it? It is potentially unsafe to use my turnsignals and I would like to try to get this fixed. I am thinking about just pulling the fuse for the high beams. Thanks!

What big dog said is probably your answer. I this makes the most sense considering that they are controlled by the same switch.

I had the same issue with my 07. Like they said above replace the multifunction switch and it will fix your problem.

Do you recall how much it was to get it fixed, or did you fix it yourself? I haven't been able to find instructions on how to replace it... still looking. As far as a new switch, they are affordable online.

I fixed it myself it's really simple to do. You just have to take the plastic piece around the steering column off then there is I believe 3 screws that hold the switch in just take those out unplug the old and put in the new one. As far as the cost i got mine on gmpartsdirect and with shipping it was just under $60.

Don't forget to try Ed Morad Parts for a used one. I just got
two rear calipers from Eric over there and I was very satisfied.

Morads has a couple listed on their ebay site right now but it's only for an 06 and 04-05. Shoot them an email and I'm sure they have one sitting around or will get one soon.

Thanks for all the suggestions on where to find one. I actually ended up finding a brand new one at a great price on Amazon, of all places. Now I just need to figure out how to install without causing more problems than it already has.
