Does the chassis like tie rods, ball joints , etc require regular greasing? or are they sealed?

Generally, the factory parts are sealed. Some aftermarket parts are greasable. Look for zerk fittings on those parts if you're unsure.

If you have grease fittings I would grease them like once a month.. I don't think it would require anything more than that.

They recommend to do 'em at each oil change...which would be a month or two.

I have greasable endlinks and trailing arms, but those are aftermarket parts. I don't think anything on the car from the factory is greasable. I try to grease them whenever I have the wheels off, but in reality it's probably something like 5 times a year that I actually remember to do it.
