This happened to me about a week after buying my car. You have to remove the 4 bolts holding the center console down. there is 2 on each side between the seats and the console. just feel along the side of the console and you will find them. Next Your console will likely be secured by a few clips that will likely have to break in order to remove it. I had to pop my cup holders off the back side of the console then pull up and back. Like i said my clips securing it broke so it took quite a bit of force. Also before pulling the console free you need to shift the shifter into 3 or 2 and unscrew the screw holding the shifter handle in and pull the shifter handle off. Once the console is broken free you can pull it the rest of the way up and out. Make sure that when its almost all the way out you reach down and unplug the wire running from the power outlets to under the dash. After you get the console completely out you can reach under the side of the shifter panel and pull free the bulb and replace it. Reverse these steps to put it back together. If any of this doesnt make sence please ask for clarification.

Im not certian. I took the bulb into autozone and had them match it. However it is the same bulb as your courtesy lights under the dash where your feet sit. So you could pull one of those out temporarily I guess.... I would take the bulb to vatozone and try and match it up though.

If it's the same as the ones under the dash, it's a 194 peanut bulb.
