my wife headed out to cvs and after she turned off the car and had gotten what she needed she went back out to the car to leave but it wouldn't start it just sounded like the starter was engaging which is do to a bad battery which isn't what im concerned about so she finally gets home parks the car and leaves it running and comes into the house to get me so i go out and i see a light on my gauge illuminated that i've never seen before so i checked the manual and it said its a indicator that my fog lights are on but i have a 07 base and i have no fog lights only parking lights what could this be

I imagine the car is set up for them and just not equipped, so possibly a short? Leaving an " open " circuit?

it could have, i also upgraded all my power and ground wires from stock to 2 gauge and i also have hid's with the relay harness
