i was gonna try for those vids but i got wrapped up in doing other crap and didnt get to it. between going to the doc with the wife and doing some other out of town runnin/ parts chasing. then plow snow for a few hours

sat was run here run there then run back again. then start changing those lim gaskets on the 40th ( one of the cars that was supposed to be recorded.)

sunday was plow some more, and make room in the driveway, start working, forget tool at my house (working on it in dads shop) go for tool, forget tool while doing other crap, run back for tool. get car back together. test drive, big smile problem fixed. go... crap. no time for vids now!!

i am hoping on wed or thurs on my next days off. the 40th is back running GOOD again. am hoping to get the 97 fired up and over to dads house to start changing the trans so it will be runing, and i know a guy close to me that has a stock gt ( at least i belive it to be stock. i will find out when i ask if i can take a vid of his car.. lol.. if that dont work i will have the ex bring over her gtp which is still stock.. it has a little leak but is stock.)

give me 5 mins i can post a vid of a stock GTP cat back

well a top swap with stock exhuast basicly confirmed it at work car has 220 cranking compretion oh and fixed the low oil pressure as well

and as i said here are some vids.. i didnt get the one of the stock car just yet ( for comparitive reasons.. stock vs. modified using the same equipment to judge the actual difference.) but i will try for that in a few days. sorry all you see is snow too.. i propped my phone on a cup (stepped x paces back and x paces to the side for similer distances.) and used the cup as a "stand" for my phone..

the first one is of the 97' it is as follows.. l67, zzp 1.0 file, homemade catless dp ( is stock dp cut just before the cat and a peice of 3" welded to it with a flange so it would bolt up to the cat back like stock.) with a glass pack res. with stock pipe through stock muffs.

is the 40th, is l67, zzp 1.0 file, full 3'' cattless dp to catback, stock res and pipe to stock aftermarket turbo type muffs.

they are very close to the same volume, the 97 is a bit softer and the 40th is just a little raspier.. (in a good way i think)
