Hey guys,

I have always had an issue with my headlights bouncing on my 04 Grand Prix and it has now become even more apparent with my HID's. I noticed that there is a mounting kit out there to fix this problem for like $10 or $12. I was just curious if the majority of people that purchased the brackets installed them themselves or if is a wiser choice to bring it in to a Pontiac dealer to have it done.

It more of a do it yourself I personally wouldnt pay a dealer to do it cuz I can only imagine the cost. Heres a write up it should help a ton, I personally havent done mine yet.

Right on, that looks pretty self explanatory. I am assuming the kit comes with install instructions as well, correct? Thanks for the link.

Ask any Pontiac dealer and they will print the instructions for you at no charge.

Installed the headlight brackets for my 04 yesterday, took it out on the road last night, and WOW does it make a huge difference. No more strobe light headlights for me! I strongly recommend anyone with the bouncing headlight issue to pick up this kit, it eliminates the problem entirely.
