Hood looks good! Exactly how I plan on painting mine soon. My hood seems to bounce up and down a bit too when im driving. Im thinking its my front stabilizer bar causing the issues. When closing the hood there is no clearance so the hood hits the bar and it kind of springs it up. Might also be the front hood bumpers not adjusted up high enough. Let me know if you get it figured out.

Picked the car back up on Friday, much better now..

Driver's fender repainted
Wiper arms redone
Some weird fiberglass swirls in the clear on the hood sanded down and fixed
Rad support repainted as well as latch
SE skirts painted again as well, have not picked them up yet.

Will post pics once the weather is clear and I am home during sunlight.

Still have to make the hood fit properly and latc

Those of you like myself who live where hundreds of unhunted deer roam, invest in the electronic deer warning whistles, they arent cheap and they work fantastic. Its saved me a few times this RUT already. Also a word of advice, when encountering a animal as large and as easily light fixated as a deer, aim for the rear quarters , this will adjust the angle of the light and nearly all the time it breaks the stare and darts straight across.

Good luck with the repairs.

Now how many of you will salvage the deer meat if its non toxic?

Even flashing your brights will spook the deer enough to break its stare and flee.

Ouch.. looks painful. At least you're okay. No car is worth more than a person's life. End.
