So I bought an ABS scan tool from Amazon for $50. Scanned the GP which came back with a C0050 RR Wheel Spd Snsr Ckt Malf, should I assume this means to change the hub, or is this a wiring issue?

It's possible it's a wiring issue however from past personal experience, it involved a new hub as the magnet / speed sensor is part of the hub and cannot be changed independently (in fact, it was the same one for me - pass rear).

If you clear the fault, does it come back? I was postponing the hub replacement by every few months clearing the code (it would take about that long to come back). Finally it annoyed me enough to actually replace the hub / speed sensor.

I have not cleared it yet, will try that tonight. All the chiming and warning lights on the DIC are super annoying!
