Does it start fine during cold start and struggle to start when the engines hot/warm or recently been running?

Clean out your throttle body, you probably have carbon build up on the butterfly and MAF so your motor isnt getting/ sensing enough oxygen and is dying out, easy fix, $6 can of carb cleaner MAF cleaner, and some shop towels.

The TB carbon buildup issue usually only effects warm/hot starts, not cold ones since the TB opens more during starts below a certain coolant temperature. However, the reduced engine power message could point to something more than just a dirty TB. How does the car run? Idle okay? Check engine light on? Try disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes and see what happens.

I agree it could be something other than the TB, but you always start with the basics first, and then systematically rule everything else out afterwards, for 6 bucks you cant go wrong starting there.

Took it to the dealer as I still have GMPP and they changed the purge valve and did a fuel injection and throttle body clean.. which was probly the carbon build up
